Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and our support channels. It applies to all users of the App.

2.1. Finance records: expenses, incomes, categories, wallets, balances, notes. These data stay on our servers.

2.2. Optional profile data (you choose to provide): first name, last name, gender, country, currency, email, phone number, profile image. You may choose not to provide them or remove them later.

2.3. Support communications (if you contact us): information contained in your messages and attachments (e.g., your email address, request details), processed to resolve your inquiry.

3.1. Provide and operate the App (on-device processing) — performance of a contract or legitimate interests.

3.2. Personalization and support — your consent and our legitimate interests to assist you.

3.3. Security, fraud prevention, debugging — legitimate interests.

3.4. Legal compliance — to meet obligations under applicable laws.

4.1. On-device data remain on your device and under your control. You can delete them via in-app settings (if available) or by uninstalling the App.

4.2. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period thereafter (e.g., 12 months) unless the law requires longer.

4.3. All your data can be deleted immediately on your account settings page.

5.1. We save your finance data in our servers.

5.2. We do not use third-party SDKs that collect your personal data.

5.3. We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., to comply with a lawful request).

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. However, no electronic system is 100% secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

The App is not intended for children under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently received information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice. Your continued use after the update means you accept the revised Policy.
