This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mobile application for managing personal expenses ("Chontak"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The application (Chontak) is free software that can only be used under the terms of this agreement.
The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Application to manage your personal expenses and to view and analyze your spending habits.
You are solely responsible for the content and information that you input into the Application ("User Content").
The Application is free software and therefore you may occasionally see ads while using the Application.
The Application does not have cloud storage capability and all your data will be stored on the device you use to access the Application. You are responsible for maintaining a backup copy of your data.
The app uses algorithms to calculate your expenses and balance. While the Application strives to ensure the accuracy of its calculations, errors may occur. The application is not responsible for any calculation errors or any consequences that may result from such errors.
The Application reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Application following any changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept such changes.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Application makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Application. You expressly agree that your use of the Application is at your own risk.
The Application shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which the Application is headquartered.
